ROSANA / CRITICAL SOURCING

Industrial automation equipment sourcing

A missing control component on a production line requires more than a simple product search. Rosana defines automation requirements alongside the existing hardware, software version and communication architecture to assess sourcing and replacement options.

Product catalogue

Products considered

Equipment that reduces the impact of breakdowns and parts delays on production lines.

The products below define the scope of enquiries we assess; they are not a current stock list. Their inclusion does not imply that every product is scarce in every region.

  • Programmable logic controllers (PLC)
  • Operator panels (HMI)
  • Servo motors and servo drives
  • Variable-frequency motor drives
  • Industrial sensors and encoders
  • Remote input/output modules
  • Industrial gateways and network switches
  • Safety relays and light curtains

Before purchasing

Match part numbers and versions

Devices in the same product family may have different input/output configurations, protocols or software requirements. A photo of the nameplate and the complete ordering code reduce the risk of selecting the wrong variant.

Alternatives require technical approval

A newer controller or drive may not be a direct replacement even if it physically fits. The responsible engineering team must assess the program, licences and safety requirements.

Buyer questions

Can you look for an older PLC or HMI?

A sourcing enquiry can be made using the complete code and version. Available stock, product condition, support terms and any need to migrate to a newer generation are assessed separately; availability of a discontinued part cannot be guaranteed.

Are programming and licences included in the supply?

Unless otherwise agreed, the request is assessed as hardware only. If licences, program transfer or site services are required, they must be explicitly included in the purchasing scope.

We make no firm stock, price or delivery commitments until availability, product authenticity, origin, quality documentation and delivery terms have been verified. Supply is subject to applicable trade rules, required authorisations and an assessment of end use.

Brand and model names are used to identify products; they do not indicate authorised reseller status, a partnership or available stock. Images are illustrative.
