Memory capacity or chip family alone does not establish compatibility. Module type, interface, speed grade, package and the platform's supported component list should form part of the purchasing specification.
Clearly state whether you require new, unused stock, refurbished products or parts removed from equipment. Batch codes, packaging information and available source documentation are reviewed against your acceptance criteria.

HBM is not treated as a general-purpose memory module that can replace a standard DIMM. Requests are assessed using the part specification for the relevant accelerator or manufacturer-supported system.
Share the part number, accepted revisions and required product condition. Available sources are assessed alongside documentation requirements and any need to approve alternatives; a sourcing enquiry does not guarantee a successful result.
